INGREDIENTS and INSTRUCTIONS:

CAKE:
3 eggs
270 g granulated sugar
150 g butter
10 g vanilla sugar
40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
280 g all-purpose flour

TOPPING:
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa or chocolate powder


INSTRUCTIONS:

Line the bottom and the edge of the springform pan with the baking paper.

Melt the butter.

Combine eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Add the melted butter and stir.
Add the cocoa powder and flour to the egg mixture until smooth.
Tranfer the batter to a 20 cm springform pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ / 390℉ for 20 min. in the middle of the oven.

Don't overbake the cake to avoid loosing stickyness in the middle.

Allow the cake to cool.
Dust the surface with cocoa or chocolate powder.

Serve slightly warm or refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
You can serve it with some whipped cream or ice cream on the side.
You can also microwave every slice for 20 seconds before serving.
